Focus Population

United Way of the Bluegrass targets eligible participants, especially persons who are in recovery from substance abuse, formerly homeless, or formerly incarcerated. This grant covers nine counties in Kentucky: Anderson, Bourbon, Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Madison, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford.
