Community Action Southwest is a community action agency having the objective of enabling families and individuals in Washington and Greene Counties in southwestern Pennsylvania to attain the skills, knowledge, motivation, and opportunity to become self-sufficient.
Community Action Southwest emphasizes postsecondary education, homeownership, and small business capitalization with the goal of helping low-income individuals and families in Washington and Greene Counties of southwestern Pennsylvania.
