New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities

New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities is a State social service agency in New York that has provided one AFI grant since 2008, with the objective to enroll people with developmental disabilities into the banking system, as they are historically left out and are economically depressed.
