Ohio Community Development Corporation Association
Ohio Community Development Corporation Association (OCDCA) is a statewide membership organization of community development corporations that have provided five AFI grants since 1999, with the objective of empowering and revitalizing Dayton, OH’s inner city neighborhoods.
OCDCA emphasizes homeownership, small business development, and postsecondary education, with the goals of helping low-income people build wealth and gain long-term economic self-sufficiency. This grantee has been successful in opening IDAs, concluding asset purchases, strengthening partnerships, and providing training and technical assistance.

Partners for OCDCA include 23 organizations throughout Ohio providing program support, and more than 20 financial institutions providing support services.
