Focus Population
The Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency focuses on low-income individuals and families, including TANF recipients, in largely rural northern Michigan. This network grantee covers Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac, Baraga, Bay, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Chippewa, Clare, Crawford, Delta, Emmet, Gladwin, Gogebic, Grand Traverse, Houghton, Iosco, Isabella, Kalkaska, Keweenaw, Leelanau, Mecosta, Midland, Missaukee, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Ontonagon, Osceola, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle, Roscommon, and Wexford Counties.
