New Visions, New Ventures (NVNV) emphasizes post secondary education, business capitalization and homeownership with a goal of enabling women with limited incomes to increase their economic self sufficiency and build wealth through the acquisition of assets and financial literacy programs.
Partners include Union First Market Bank, Capital One, Wachovia Bank, Altria, Bank of America, Better Housing Corporation, Richmond Career Advancement Center, the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration, Crater Procurement Assistance, Workforce Alliance Center for Entrepreneurial Development, YWCA, ACCION USA, DCHD- Virginia Enterprise Initiative, RVA, VCU School of Social Work, and VHDA.
