New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is a Community Development Financial Institution that has provided five AFI grants since 2001 with the objectives of providing financial resources and technical support to promote access to affordable housing, strengthen community facilities, and expand economic opportunity throughout New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund partners with 24 subgrantees including Affordable Housing Education and Development, Inc., Casey Family Services, CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Cheshire Housing Trust, Family Resource Center at Gorham, Granite State Independent Living, Great Bay Community College, Laconia Area Community Land Trust, Laconia Savings Bank, Marguerite’s Place, More Than Wheels, Nashua High School South, Nashua Pastoral Care Center, Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter, NeighborWorks Greater Manchester, New Hampshire Catholic Charities, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Northeast Credit Union, The River Center, Rockingham Community Action, Seacoast Family Promise, Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc., and the University of New Hampshire – Institute on Disability; they provide support for financial education and asset-specific education services, and case management services.
