Gulf Coast Community Services Association (GCCSA) is a human services organization that has provided two AFI grants since 2000, with the objective of building wealth in disadvantaged communities in Harris County, TX.
GCCSA emphasizes homeownership, with the goal of enabling disadvantaged communities to build wealth. This grantee has been successful creating community partnerships and attracting participants to financial skills trainings.
