Foundation Communities, Inc.

Foundation Communities is a nonprofit organization that has provided five AFI grants since 1999 with the objective of providing affordable housing and the tools that low- and moderate-income families need to increase their educational and economic standing.

Foundation Communities emphasizes homeownership with the goal of helping low- and moderate-income families in their affordable communities and clients of their Community Tax Centers achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Partners

Partners for FC include the Financial Literacy Coalition of Central Texas, RAISE Texas, Alliance for Economic Inclusion, and United Way Financial Stability Partnership, providing outreach, financial education, helping with preservation of assets, free tax preparation services, and a strong participant recruitment source.
