Focus Population
This grantee targets eligible residents of Oklahoma and Canadian Counties who are income eligible heads of household with children as well as working high school students. The grant will also target residents of the Oklahoma Empowerment Zone EZ, which includes the Oklahoma City Enterprise Community EC.
